Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist
Crista graduated from Emperor’s College in Santa Monica, California with her Master’s in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). As a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist, she creates individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve balance and wellness. At AcuPoint Holistic Health, Crista applies modalities including acupuncture, Tui Na massage, cupping, electro-acupuncture and herbal supplementation to help each patient meet their unique health goals.
Crista's extensive background in the healthcare industry inspired her holistic medicine journey. She observed gaps in health care resulting from the tendency to treat symptoms instead of the root cause of each patient’s individual condition. Crista understood early on that whole-person care was missing from mainstream medicine. She focuses on helping people achieve wellness by treating the underlying causes of symptomatic imbalances.
